    Description

    Haiti #192 unused block of 4 with selvage and with tete beech G.L. OZ Type 1 hand stamps, the top in the correct position, the bottom hand stamps inverted.
    Gum on the back is original.  The top pair is hinged.  The bottom pair with the inverted hand stamps are never hinged.
    There is a natural gum crease in the top left stamp that extends into the upper corner of the bottom left stamp and into the selvage.  It does not break the fibers so it does not show in fluid.
    There is also a short horizontal gum crease on the bottom left stamp that barely shows in fluid.  Please see the second scan.
