Not sure what the significance is of this curious envelope with the three stamps that say Haiti but also America (American Bank Note Company) with the Statue of Liberty on the two at the right. Letter must have been examined for some reason. Stamp at the left mentions United Nations Relief and Victims of the War. I welcome any questions.
