**  THIS LOT SHIPS FOR FREE!  **
This listing is for a rare collection of Detroit Edison employee service award pins.  These pins were issued to an employee that worked for Edison from 1918 through 1959.
The lot includes
SIX of the SEVEN
pins that he would have been awarded during his 41 year career (missing the 20yr pin).  All six pins were produced by
WEYHING BROTHERS Manufacturing Company
of
Detroit, Michigan
and come with an original Weyhing box.
TWO of the pins are the standard pin and clasp type and FOUR are screw type.  All are gold colored with blue enamel work.  Most are marked
GF
but two have no visible markings as to metal content.
WE ARE OFFERING THESE PINS AS A COLLECTIBLE ADVERTISING LOT, NOT AS A GOLD OR SCRAP INVESTMENT.
The SIX pins included in the collection are as follows:
10 YEAR - Pin & Clasp, Marked GF, awarded in 1928
15 YEAR - Pin & Clasp, Marked GF, awarded in 1933
25 YEAR - Screw, Unmarked, awarded in 1943
30 YEAR - Screw, Unmarked, awarded in 1948
35 YEAR - Screw, Marked GF, awarded in 1953
40 YEAR - Screw, Marked GF, awarded in 1958
All of the pins are in excellent, CLEAN condition overall with no obvious damage or defects.
The pins come with an original Weyhing storage box, which has the name of the employee and his years of service handwritten on the bottom panel.

in all!  Again, the 20yr pin was missing but you should be able to find one online to complete the collection.
