For sale sturdy beast of a tree house wont compare with the kiddy tree houses that are sold at the big box stores.  We could have a party of adults on this baby.  The fire pole slide & roof covering is optional and will add to the selling price.
shipping all materials cut to size it would be a pallet 60" long x 24" wide, x 26" tall  weight approximately 650 lbs
On this pallet would be all wood cut to length, fasteners, brackets, instructions  etc.  Ladders come pre assembled.  The size of this tree house dictates that is is not a pre assemble kids type kit.  Buyer would need the following equipment to assemble on site;  hammer, drill, screw gun, wrenches, and level. Buyer would have to drill holes for bolts, and cut vertical legs to length to accommodate uneven ground.  Two guys could have this up in 3-4 hours.
Upper deck is 5 ft x 8 ft; Held up by 6x6 posts
Lower deck is 5ft x 3 feet; Held up by 4 x 4 posts
Upper deck is 5 ft off the ground
Lower deck is 2 ft off the ground
Lower deck has two arms that can be used as seats
Upper ladder 3 rungs
Lower ladder 2 rungs
Top rail completely around the top
Other rails along top on 3 sides
Contains all lumber cut to size (treated pine made from deck material)

Note on shipping it is estimated to cost about 0 it can be more depending on if you would like a call ahead appointment & lift gate service.  A commercial truck will deliver this on a pallet.
