    Description

Beautiful soft weaving with many lazy lines throughout. I believe this rug to be around 100 years old give or take a few. I have been using this for quite a few years in a low traffic area in our home. It has been cleaned a couple of times over the years by Robert Mann out of Denver, last time was around 3 years ago, another cleaning wouldn't hurt, and would probably brighten it up a bit. There's around 12" total of salvage that needs to be repaired, I quartered the photo's of each side, so side A is the first 5 photo's, and side B is the next 5 photo's. Side A looks very good and is the side I have used. Side B has some issues with significant fade in the red, brown and grey colors, as well as some stains (see last photo) stains will not come out, and very light bleed in some of the red into the white. The measurements are 95" X 58" at the widest and 57" in some areas, weight is around 10lbs. Comes from a smoke free home, has no odd smells, no bug issues, and no holes.  This is an old used Navajo weaving so there will be small imperfections unlike the new ones woven today. If you need more photo's of any area just email me I will be happy to get them to you.  Please enlarge photo's as they are part of the description.
