It works great but , I broke the IPL; handle and just didn't bother to get another one, so you will have to order another to go with it. It still has the RF handle with attachments, Its great for professionals for skin care, it is in very good condition however does have alittle discoloration on the RF handle from the sun bleaching it because of where it was located, but very minor detail, I paid 2,800 for it new, you can order the ipl handle from a company in China
