My grandaughter loves her playhouse. I loved that she could help "build" it with grandma with the tools that come with it. She planted her own flowers and takes good care of them. I like that it's open because she is only three and I like to keep an eye on her. The only disappoint was the size. Much smaller than the ad would have you believe.

Cute little play house. My 18 month old daughter really enjoys it, however it arrived without the door for the mailbox which we were disappointed about. Assembly definitely requires a power drill with screw bits as desired screw placings are marked but not per drilled.

I am overly happy with my purchase. I did some research with other stores and other similar products, but for the great price I received a better deal. My daughter and her little friends had such a great time playing in the playhouse at her birthday party. I can only imagine the fun to be had.

purchased the little tikes playhouse for my granddaughters. it was easy to set up, and wellmade. the girls love the playhouse and spend a lot of time playing in it. I like the opennessand so do they. I also like the fact it was made in the USA. Walmart offered a good pricewith free delivery.

The product itself is great. the mailbox falls off very easy. But over all the kids love it. We had a little trouble with the delivery. its expected right now with all that is going on in the world

Met our expectations. Pretty small inside, but our 3 year old loves it. She really enjoys playing with the water/sand table connected on the outside. Would like to find some small stools to put inside the house. Fairly easy to assemble. Happy with the product and wish we had gotten it even earlier.

Fairly easy to put together. Took mt adult son about 45 min. Lots of things to do. Water and sand play. Tiny sink. Phone. Play nails to hammer in, play bolts to take pickets on and off, fun half door. Mailbox that my grand daughter Loves to play with. Open air design do it stays cool inside. The only flaw I see is that the mailbox does not have a back and the mail falls right out. I added a cardboard back and taped it in place.
My Granddaughter loves it and your kids will too!!

PROS: House came in a timely manner especially since the world is on hold right now. It wasn't a huge project to put together and is sturdy, colorful plastic. Held together with plenty of screws and the instructions were clear. Since the holes are not pre drilled, I would not assemble without a cordless drill. Lots of twists with a manual screwdriver! And get a rubber mallet to make sure the pieces are seated well.CONS: Minor things like the mail box door keeps flopping open and the water table has 2 wells to play in. But only one side has a drain plug, so to empty the other side you need to bail it out. No major problem but it could have been a simple fix at the factory. Oh, one other thing. Make sure you look IN all the major pieces for the bagged small parts and screws. They are packed in the walls, roof panels, etc. Spent a half an hour cussing about missing parts and found them inside the roof! My fault not theirs!
