    Mfd. 2002 in perfect condition.
    Part says; "THIS PART USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PLASTIC LENS CARRIER FOR OPTICAL INSERTS IN THE M40/M42 MASKS". ( SEE PHOTOS)
    These come in both white and brown boxes (see photos), so whatever color box you receive, it is still the same identical insert.
    The last 17 to be sold have been opened at one end of box but are still perfect
    I have an additional 6 that are without boxes and will sell those 6 for 54.00 with free shipping...inquire if interested.
