Rare Vintage 1950's Norton Company in Worcester Massachusetts Solid 10K Yellow Gold & Enamel 25 years of Service Award Pin
!
Ca. 1940's-50's
This is a Rare 25 years of service Screw-back pin measures
5/8" in height and 7/16" in width. It weighs 2.78 grams without the back attached.
Norton
Company
was founded in 1885 by a group of ceramists and entrepreneurs from
Worcester
, Massachusetts. The group set out to manufacture the first mass-produced, precision-made grinding wheel to fulfill the burgeoning U.S. manufacturing industry's growing need for abrasives. In 1990 it was purchased by Saint-Gobain of France.
