    Description

    New reproduction. Made of heavy and stiff canvas like originals, all hand stitched with hand stitched grommets. This pattern was in use for a long time, from the 19th Century up to WWII, as they could easily be made as needed by the ship's sailmaker.  During WWII the Navy changed to mass production with machine sewing and metal grommets.
    This hammock includes the clew lines and metal ring, and the ropes used to attach the clew lines to the hammock.
