intage Ohio Art Large Tin Litho Spinning Top.  The reed made in U.S. Occupied Zone Germany.  The Ohio Art top measures about 8.5" in diameter and about 11" top to bottom with plunger down.  The top is clean and very colorfull (see photos).  The rubber bottom piece is all dried up.
